Issue/Rationale
The purpose of this agreement is to promote collaboration between DCF/CBKN and the School District to meet the educational needs of abused, abandoned and neglected children known to the department. Stability within the educational setting is a critical factor in meeting the needs of these children.
Recommended Action
Approve as submitted the Interagency Agreement between the School District of Clay County and the Florida Department of Children and Families/Clay & Baker Kids Net, Inc.
